Refund policy

At Vivido, we ensure your posters reach you in the best quality and packaging. If you wish to return or exchange your order, the following conditions apply:

 Return Window: Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the poster.

 Condition of Returned Posters: The poster (and frame, if applicable) must be in its absolute original condition, unscratched, unused, and in its intact original packaging. Any poster damaged or misused by the customer will not be accepted.

 Custom Posters: Sports posters that are custom-designed, printed, or framed to specific custom sizes based on a customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

 Damaged Shipments: If your poster arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) with clear photos of the damage, and we will replace it for you free of charge.

 Return Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping fees. If the error is on our end (wrong or damaged product), Vivido covers all costs. Refunds are credited to the customer's original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
