Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all seven Emirates.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1 to 4 business days. Delivery takes an additional 1 to 2 business days in major cities and 3 to 5 business days in remote areas.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 7 days of receiving it, if the item is in its original condition. Custom-sized pieces cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with clear photos. We will replace it free of charge.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, for selected framed designs. See our Custom sizes page.

What are the frames made of?

Framed pieces have a wooden frame with 2x3 thickness and acrylic glass.
