Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

• Preparation: orders are printed, prepared, and packaged within 1 to 4 business days.
• Major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): an additional 1 to 2 business days.
• Remote areas: 3 to 5 business days.

Please answer calls from the delivery representative on your delivery day. Missed deliveries or repeated postponements may result in the order being returned to us.

Returns and exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item and frame (if applicable) must be unscratched, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-sized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects.
• If the return is because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the error is ours (wrong or damaged item), we cover the cost.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Damaged deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with clear photos. We will replace it free of charge.
